Halloween Hoopla is back again with the first event of the series being the highly anticipated Scarecrow Contest! Businesses in Polk County are invited to proudly display a one-of-a-kind scarecrow outside of their business September 14th – October 31st. Judging will take place on September 14th . Trophies will be awarded for First, Second and Third Place in Polk County. E-mail info@polkgeorgia.com to enter.
