Learn how to enjoy strawberries all year long through different preservation techniques. Learn to make strawberry jam, how to dehydrate strawberries, and techniques for freezing. Registration for classes can be found on our website and is required.

Cooking classes are held in the Farmers Market Community Kitchen located inside the Silver Comet Trailhead Building behind the weekly market location.

There is a small fee per class participant of $5.50. Scholarships are available for those in need by calling (404)436-1818.
