Cooking Class - Using a Whole Chicken
Ever wondered what to do with a whole chicken? This class will learn to cut up a whole chicken and how to make a chicken stock. Finally, we will combine seasonal vegetables with all the class ingredients into a lovely pot of chicken & dumplings.
