Event Description:
Ever wondered what to do with a whole chicken? This class will learn to cut up a whole chicken and how to make a chicken stock. Finally, we will combine seasonal vegetables with all the class ingredients into a lovely pot of chicken & dumplings.

We have very limited space within our community kitchen so reserving your spot is essential. Classes are $5.50 per person and scholarships are available for those in need. Class registration can be found on our website www.rockmartfarmersmarket.com/upcoming-classes.
