DESCRIPTION:Youth Leadership Polk 2022\n\nThis program is for sophomores from Cedartown and Rockmart High School. The program covers topics such as understanding leadership\, communication and team building\, economic development\, appreciating differences and planning for tomorrow! Each session will provide opportunities to tour different businesses\, industries\, public service departments and government facilities in Polk County. It's important to show the students what opportunities are available to them within our community. \n\nThe Polk County Chamber of Commerce\, The Polk County College and Career Academy and Polk County UGA Extension has partnered together to bring this program back to our community. We feel that it is very important to invest in our student's future and show them what opportunities are available to them. If interested in sponsoring program and investing in our students\, please email director@polkgeorgia.com. We would like to see the leadership program grow and be a positive asset to our students for many years to come.
