DESCRIPTION:The 2022-2023 Youth Leadership Polk Program Series is Presented - Atrium Health Floyd Polk Medical Center\n\nTh Presenting Sponsor this year is Oglethorpe Power\nThis program is designed to encourage students to participate as leaders in their schools and to continue to promote and enhance the quality of life for themselves and their communities as they further their education and begin their careers. Each session will provide opportunities to tour different businesses\, industries\, public service departments and government facilities in Polk County. It's important to show the students what opportunities are available to them within our community. The Chamber believes that this investment in our youth will instill in them the passion and commitment needed to further their community as the next generation of leaders.\n\n Polk County Schools as well as the Polk County College and Career Academy participate closely in the program from the selection of the students to allowing them to participate in the program throughout the year.
